To apply, you must contact a shelter, either by calling us directly (450-682-3050) or the SOS Domestic Violence, which has real-time availability in all institutions and they will direct you to a place where there is available rooms to welcome you and your children if necessary. When you call us, a worker will answer you and check if we can help you in our facility or refer you to the right place if necessary.

After that, we will explain to you how the shelter works, in general, and answer your questions, then agree on a time for your arrival, whether immediately or in the hours following your call. We do not reserve a room for more than 24 hours in advance.
